Hi Team,
Let me tell you yet again another incident of worst Oyo service i have experienced.
1) Booking done on July 5 at Oyo Townhouse 251 Richmond Circle ( Booking ID: INVB9694 )
For 6th July - 7th July .
2) At 11:30 am on check day ( 6th July ) a notification was given by Oyo saying the property i have booked is facing some trouble and is unavailable for the day.
3) Option of modify booking or refund of booking was provided to me. I chose modify booking.
4) Tried to Contact Oyo customer helpline multiple times but to my understanding there is no service team in Oyo. No information on alternative booking recieved until 1:22pm.
5) A new room was booked without confirmation from my end. Hotel which it is booked at had the worst rating and comments under Google reviews. ( Hotel: OYO Flagship 77157 Puttana Chetty Townhall ).
6) Requested for refund in WhatsApp option and no response or not even a single customer care executive contacted me.
7) At 1:45pm a mail came saying my cancellation amount is 1076 and 0rs is the refund.
8) As a customer i have tried my best to contact the team from 7th of July till 31st July and no one was able to provide me with a resolution.
I can guarantee you 100% that if you call the Oyo customer care number [protected] and ask them to connect you to the service team . No one will answer and the call gets disconnected .
That's my hard earned money you have cheated from me . Refund my money back. Not yours it's my money.
