[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — booking id calb5413 | |
Dear Sir, This is with reference to booking ID CALB5413. The checkin is during 12th June to 13 June, 2019 for two rooms. I booked for three person checkin. However Hotel persons said only two persons can be allowed for third person i have to pay extra. I contacted oyo assistance and your person Mr. Shakir assured that, Oyo will reimburse extra money paid by me for third person. I paid 2400 by way of credit card and sent receipt & credit card slip. However, Oyo said it can refund only 115. Why Oyo is not reimbursing total amount? Please refund total 2400 amount Regards, S. Venugopal +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
