Refer booking id emsb4750. I stayed at hotel durga international in shivamogga for 2 nights - 17 may to 19 may 2019. The hotel is new but has still lot of operational issues. The lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors frequently. Initially, they showed us several rooms but ac was not cooling effectively in them. Eventually, we got a room, but the bathroom was not clean, with the commode leaking water whenever we flushed. Several light fittings were not enabled with bulbs. Particularly, the light above the wash basin in bathroom was not functioning which was important for shaving. No holders or platform to keep toiletries in bathroom. No intercom phone line to call for services! We were given a mobile number to call the front desk for any needs.
When we got up in the morning, for our bath, there was no hot water, though we let out several buckets of water down the drain. They gave us a bucket of hot water from somewhere else. Same issue with hot water on may 19. We had to followup several times and they were indifferent.
I would recommend delisting the hotel from oyo until they rectify all operational issues. Was this information helpful? |
