Hey
On 10 may 2022 i made a payment of 710₹ to Oyo rooms for booking a room.
Even though the payment was successful the booking I'd was not generated.
Therefore i had to do another booking
Even after talking to the customer care and telling them the issue. they just put me on hold for half an hour till I have to cut the call myself
This had happened twice in this year, I am really unsatisfied with the service
Kindly refund me the amount that I have paid.
