[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — booking id : qsap0634 refund not received.

I had made a booking at oyo against a booking id : qsap0634 on 5th october. My booking got cancelled automatically and i got a mail of it. I was said that i would get my refund within 7-14 working days. I still haven't received my booking after 26 days. I talked to the oyo ping agents. But they just say that's my request is unprocessed. I have contacted them 3-4 times.. Everytime it's the same reply.
