I booked a room on double occupancy through oyo under my budget and was highly satisfied with the results. But just a day before checking in, i was notified that my booked hotel has been changed and i was asked to choose from number of options given. Did that. But within an hour i get notified again that the hotel has again been changed and this time according to them and even the total bill surpassed my budget. It was done after 4pm because of which i couldn't even cancel my booking because i was said i'd be charged a night's price as cancellation fees. I now am on my way to a completely new city, with zero idea if my booking is yet confirmed or not.. Also my set budget has been disrupted because of it as i now have to pay 900 more to the hotel. Highly disappointed!
