Oyo Rooms — Booking is on hold after full payment via OYO Rupee

Hi Team,

I have booked a room on 15th Nov 2020 with booking ref no. BA1Z9044. I have paid the amount in full via OYO RUPEE and i see that the booking is on hold.

15th Nov after 5 hrs of on hold - After talking to customer care team multiple times, they say we have cancelled the order and you will get email / whatsapp / message. I did received email but the email says refund amount is 0. When I asked the same, then no response form them. They were trying to make one more booking via UPI.

17th Nov - Again called CC for the refund status that they issued on 15th as above. He again says, he is refunding and I will get email. I got the same email and the refund amount shows 0.

I feel cheated by OYO by taking the full amount and not confirming / refunding the amount.
