[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — booking made in under construction hotels

I made a booking from oyo to one of the hotel at patnitop from delhi, to my utter shock they made a booking to a hotel which was under construction, i got to know about it when i reached at the hotel, i kept calling oyo customer care, but they miserably failed to provide me alternative accommodation.. We were on roads for hours and running from here to there to get some arrangements done. No help was provided by them. They cheated us...in order to obtain advance money they just randomly booked any hotel. We faced lot of trouble, harassments and mental pain and agony because of oyo company. And they are not even sorry for their negligent services. Strict action must be taken against them
