[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Booking modification | |||||
Sir, I have booked oyo room on 12th may to 13 may by mistake I was trying to book on 13 th to 14 th may .I put request of booking and emidietely on second minute I came to know Ordered placed on wrong date So I called oyo rooms custumer care and oyo rooms property dealer both were saying dont worry sir you ll get call from our side and your issue get resolved whole night I keep calling them and everyone is saying our team ll call you but nobody called amd I callled again in morning 7 one of executibe cu tha call inbetween saying he is transfering to concern team. Very bad customer service and no value for money amd time of customer .I m gonna put same complain to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||||
