[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Booking (No. Hocl 5923) cancellation money was not refunded | |||||
We are very much disappointed with oyo rooms booking cancellation refund policy. It is totally unacceptable that oyo team are failed to refund the booking cancellation amount rs. 14395.00 even after 12 working days of booking cancellation. Moreover the oyo customer support as well as business executives have no clue what they are talking about and also very reluctant to help out. Regrettably, it is worth mentioning here that no terms & conditions was mention regarding cancellation at the time of booking. Upon failing to refund the said amount within notified time frame oyo team has no proper explanation of that delays and also unable to provide any black & white proof of refund process. It appears to me that oyo help desk are now very much afraid to talk about this issue. Anxiously awaiting your comments on this issue and status of refund as soon as possible.
