Oyo Rooms — Booking not done after successful payment

Address:27-3-105/1/2, official colony, srinagar, gajuwaka

I went through website without a login and booked for a room near vizag railway station( SPOT ON 76144 Hotel Manikanta Residency)
after than i went for booking process through UPI phone pe. After i paid the amount it was still showing the amount or the payment not verified. it didn't show any booking id or anything. below are the details or the screenshot of the transaction

There was no booking id given...as the payment was bot verified but the amount was deducted and the Phone pe support said that the amount has been received by merchant.
