Hello,
This is Baljeet here I booked a hotel room today my amount is deducted via upi but there is no booking id I got after booking and if I am trying to contact need help section they are asking for Booking I'd and when I called oyo customer support they just hanged my call after listening my issue, I don't know why they are behaving this way.
Their services are getting downgraded day by day, they just investing in advertisement only not in customer service.
Pathetic service and response.
