I tried to Book a room in OYO app on 23.12.21. The payment was successful but there is no bookings in the app.
After reaching there, I was not allowed to enter the hotel, since I didn't have any booking ID.
I had to stay someplace else and spend money again.
I want my money back asap. Very bad. Been 7 days to it already and I've not still not gotten my money back.
I booked but the app never verified my booking and then when I called Oyo support, the guy said that your booking has not been confirmed and it's stuck in processing. Hence, it'll be automatically cancelled and money will be refunded within 24hrs.
It's been 7 days now. Please help me get my money back immediately.
I really expect my issue to be resolved too just like others have gotten their money back, after facing the same issue.
