Oyo Rooms — Booking not verified s o want refund money back. I want my money back !!

I already filed a complaint against this. In return, I got this mail as attached and I replied to it saying/confirming that I just want my Rs 2086 back. After that, I didn't get refund, rather, I got a payment request asking me to pay Rs 2086 again.
Very unprofessional .
PLEASE HELP

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Why I am being asked to pay money ?

I got a payment request again today, 2 Jan 2022, of Rs 2086.
I don't understand why I am being asked to pay money to OYO again when I want a simple refund back.

PLEASE SOLVE IT ASAP and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Please give me my money back instead of asking for more.
I am confused.
