I was booking a Hotel for my stay and using the OYO app. I paid the amount through UPI and my money got deducted. I got a screen where it showed "Pending Confirmation" but I didn't get any confirmation later or any refund if the Hotel was not booked. I don't have any Booking ID to contact the customer care with.
