I have booked 2 (two) rooms hotel stay kochi in kochi, kerala. date of the incident 18 dec 2016 to19 dec 2016 booking id is qput2095. their was no proper management of rooms facilities & thing were messed up. we were very tired at that hotel. i have booked hotels for 6 ( six ) days through oyo rooms. but we were not satisfied with the services, that's why we have further decided to not use the hotel booking facilities after hotel greeshmam inn at munnar. kindly refund the paid amount rs 2998/- ( two thousand nine hundred ninety eight only ) i am waiting for your reply as early as possible & action should be needful. thanks, ashok sharma +91 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
