Oyo Rooms — Booking status is showing checked out even before check in

My booking status is showing checked out in OYO App on the date of actual check in. Hotel refused to allow me to check in. How can I check it if I have not checked in already. It was a prepaid booking.

I want full refund as I was not availed any services. Thanks.
