[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — booking (xjl 0472) escalated, hotel - oyo 13039 sradhanjali

I want to put up a case of non-refund of rs 3423.19 on account of oyo hotel no, 13039 (Shrandhanjali) in kolkata for my guest mr. Satyanarayan ganade.
Mr. Satyanarayana ganade had booked an room for two nights (22/10-24/10/2018) in oyo hotel no. 13039 at shrandhanjali guest house, kolkata. The total bill amount was rs 2072.00 (As per the attached receipt.)
The receptionist while executing the payment through credit card entered an wrong amount of rs. 207, 200.19 instead of rs 2072.00 subsequently the next day hotel refunded partial amount of only rs 201, 705.00 by cheque instead of rs 205, 128.00. (Difference amount)

Inspite of repeated requests the hotel did not refund the requisite difference amount of rs 3423.19 without stating any valid reasons.
