[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — bookings denied by hotel even after paying the entire amount upfront and no refund provided | |||
Hi, I am writing this complaint to let you know that i am extremely unsatisfied unhappy with the way my bookings were taken care by oyo rooms and its associated hotel. I will never use oyo rooms in future. I did a following booking: Hotel name: hotel jasmine Booking id: uhcq7415 Booking made on (Person name): narender kumar Place: dalhousie Total amount paid: rs 16536 Check in date: 28th may 2018, 12 pm Check out date: 30th may 2018, 11 am I paid the full amount on 26th may and my bookings were confirmed. Now when i reached hotel the hotel denied the bookings and hotel person told that they don't have any bookings on such booking id/name. We kept on calling oyo rooms customer care and after few hours we were able to speak to oyo rooms customer care agent and they accepted the mistakes and initiated cancellation. I have still not got any communication by when i will receive the complete refund amount. Till now i have not received any notification. I need the entire amount to be refunded in bank amount asap.
