[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Breaching of my privacy and security

Hi team,
To get your eyes on issue for my booking id JLD98974 hotel name capital 0 80472 hotel c-30 greater kailash on date 24 july 2021.
I booked the hotel from oyo app
I had the worst experience at this hotel. The sitation happened during our stay was very shameful and we are still shocked because of that.
Me and my partner were in the room at that time of 11 in the night on 24 july and someone from the hotel staff opened the room from duplicate key while we were present in the room.
This is very shameful and totally not acceptable. The hotel staff gave us a silly reason that we didn’t know you were inside the room.
This is not at all acceptable. I called the Oyo customer care and stated them the situation. They told me that this will be taken care by security and privacy team within 24 hours you will receive a call or mail.
It’s been more than 24 hours we haven’t received any call or mail and its shocking that you guys are taking it so leniently.
I am fed up from calling customer care and asking them that what step they have taken against the hotel.
I want to file a legal case against OYO and the hotel as I booked the room from OYO app and hotel told me that you have to talk to customer care of OYO.
I am fed up from your services. You people list the hotels without taking in knowledge that how bad is hotel staff and their services.
That moment was very scary for us as what is I was not present there and only my partner was there.
I want a strict action against the hotel as not only we feel bad about this our night was ruined as we checked out from the hotel that time only. We didn’t feel safe there.
Either you people take a strict action in time or I will file a legal case against OYO

I hope you will take this matter seriously and take a strict action against the hotel
