I have complaint before on July 13, 2021, but and not received any refund from your side You guys are not giving me any solution i have received a call, and your representative has given me a commitment before but didn't receive any refund yet.
I booked a hotel through the Oyo app..while doing the payment through PhonePe, the money got debited but no booking id created and no booking happened on my PhonePe it is showing ..amount was transferred to the Oyo merchant successfully.
on that note, I'm in hurry and I made another booking because I need a room asap
but again the same thing happens money was debited but didn't receive any booking
after 5 minutes 2nd booking show up on oyo app and after 10 minutes the 1st one showed my amount debited both times
1st time booking - 963/-
2nd time booking - 1, 255/-
