Oyo Rooms — Can not getting refund though denied for check in.

1 st, I booked at royal town oyo.The hotel do not allow to check in and then your agent book another hotel for me.I faced same problem.I got refund for my 1 st hotel in mail.But i have not received refund for nandan residency (booking id- CZEY7209) .plz refund my money as they do not allow me check in.I have called 50 times but can not connect to your customer care for service problem.
