[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Cancellation of booked rooms without notification | |||||
I had booked a room through OYO. I called up the hotel and informed about my delay with the check-in process. After i arrived to the hotel with two kids around 9.30pm, the hotel people said the room booking is cancelled and there are no available rooms. I was helpless and tired. I booked another hotel again through OYO. I was outraged to know that my booking was invalid after i arrived at the hotel (second one). The hotel staff informed that all rooms were full and my booking was due to some error. It was 10 in the night, i was with kids and still no room to stay. It caused me mental trauma, dragging my baggage and sleepy kids. I had the worst ever experience with OYO. I have decided not to book any accommodation via OYO ever again.
