[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — cancellation of booking after payment and check in

Had booked 2 rooms for 4 guests in oyo app under booking i'd joge9235.
In oyo homes 41058 peaceful studios baga for 3 nights from 4 october 2019 to 7 oct 2019.
After payment is made in favor of the oyo rooms i talked with one of the oyo assist she asked me to send photo id card proof of all the guests to via whatsapp to [protected], and we checked in the room.
After that i got an email from oyo that my booking has been cancelled, as per my statement of conversation with them there is no communication made regarding cancellation of the booking and also charged 1860 rs as cancellation charges.
