I booked a hotel in Manali for June 17-June 20 on June 4.
OYO 14171 was the property code. booking ID-

Yesterday I got a message that Oyo has cancelled my booking.
After talking to the customer care executive I get to know that according to them property is not associated to Oyo and the booking therefore stands cancelled.
Like seriously ? After making all arrangements and planning and bearing the costs I get to know that the property isn't associated with oyo.
The property is still available for booking but at a higher price now.
It's not acceptable at your end to fool the customers like this just to earn a little more money at the cost of permanently loosing many customers like me.
I need a solution for this, elsr you loose a customer for sure.
