[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — cancellation of my rooms | |||
Worst experience ever with any online site No proper attention to my complaint. Calls put on hold for a very long time and then disconnecting without any updates Cancelling my bookings on same day in midnight!!! How do you expect me to handle this? This has caused such a great trouble to me.. I'll make sure i restrict people to use your site for any bookings After the whole trip was final you are cancelling it at 12:30 am..the time where almost every person is asleep Oyo giving such trouble to me will be really dangerous to your goodwill I'll make sure to give reviews.. tweets and many more things to damage your goodwill Was this information helpful? | |||
