[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Cancelled booking amount not refunded

I have booked at OYO hotel through customer care no of booking ID- R2RT3317 but hotel KOL1929 was not good so again I have called to called to customer care and explained the problem. He said don't worry you do the another booking and you will get refund of previous booking. So I he booked the and ID are FRAF7669, 22.12.2021 and HPZE6451, 22.12.2021 . After booking executive said that the previous booking is not possible to cancel as I have used voucher for booking (But booking was done by executive). Then I have try to cancel through OYO app and cancellation done. But I didn't get the refund. From then no one is responding in this matter. I have the all audio recordings for proof.
