[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Cancelled booking but money not refund

Sir/Madam,

I have booked Hotel Gokul Lodge through OYO App Date of check in 25th Nov and Checked out 26th Nov. but some personal reason i have cancelled the booking 24 th Nov and i have done already payment through online to property till date no refund of my booking amount . I tried many times to contact customer care support team through calls and emails but not yet responding .Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Details are given below
