Hi booked hotel from 29th June to 30th June 2022 with Oyo, when I reached hotel they denied entry, OYO shifted me to another Oyo, They also denied entry due to tariff issues (which is already paid to Oyo in advance)
I wasted my 2 hours on road between 12 pm to 2 pm - Is this justified ??
Oyo is keeping me on hold for 30 minutes and finally cancelled my booking.
Now I have to take room on urgent basis as I was standing on road, hotel charged approximately 3 times of what I paid to Oyo and in that they not even included breakfast
Where is OYO NOW, when there customers are struggling for their rights!
