[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — cancelled my booking without any notice | |
Hello sir/ma'am, I booked a room in hotel Collection O 30013 Seawood Juhu, Mumbai for 3 nights, 13 June to 16 June for rupees 9000. But today, I got a message that my booking has been cancelled for no specific reason and when I tried to re-book the same room, the price has now hiked up to 18000 rupees, which is unaffordable for me. I booked everything from train to bus and planned my whole trip according to my stay at that specific hotel but as now the hotel has been cancelled for no reason, I can't afford to loose that money too.
