Staffs behaved very arrogantly. Though we are oyo customers and even paid to the hotel 10 days before, they made them to wait for about 1 hour in the reception hall, ladies and children felt uneasy. Rooms are good but service is bad and also service boys didn't mind our words. Why they behave we don't know. We are not beggars and dependents of the hotel, they only need customers. There is no parking in the hotel. They provide very little food as complimentary breakfast. 3 doses or 3 pooris. We paid to the extra food. I haven't seen like this hotel. I request oyo, please don't suggest this hotel for your customers. It's our very bitter experience. We stayed in many places throughout india, but ever seen like this hotel. For driver also they even ask don't use restroom. Please as your customers we humbly request you to take neccessary steps to resolve this kind of issues in future and make the customers feel happy.
