I am santosh kharabi from chakan pune. I was tried to book room for 3 nights in capital o 2377 hotel residency, mahabaleshwar. Your website is also accepted my online payment rs.3265/-, but unfortunately there are not available any rooms actual. So, after that i geet one email from oyo like;

So, my question is why i have to wait for my refund amount???
If you dont have any room availability, then why you deducted or accepted payment from my account???
If i dont get my refund amount in today, then i will to register complaint on your organisation & your md policy.
