[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — changed booking without informing

We booked hotel from oyo in port blair but they cheated us they booked another hotel without even informing us. The day we reached the hotel booked by us the hotel staff told us that they don't have tie up with oyo anymore when we call the oyo then they told us that u have been booked another hotel. We have to suffer very much problem. The hotel that they gave us was in very bad location and locality and was very small and upon been contacted they just said sorry. The room were not even half the price if the room we had booked earlier. They not even refunded our money.
