It is regarding my Booking ID is CMOK6923
The booking was changed to a different hotel without any information.
I only found out when I went to the original hotel I booked and opened the app.
They said that they are now blocked and have been removed from the property.
I have been informed nothing about this before and I never knew my booked hotel will be thrown off to a different place without me agreeing or accepting!
The distance between the original hotel and the new hotel is 6 KM and this does not serve any purpose to me so I had to cancel the hotel.
I had paid INR 3956 while making the booking out of which Oyo deducted INR 2286 and processed a refund of just INR 1130!
After sending the email, there is no resolution and now when I am trying to call customer care, soon as they hear the word "refund" they mute themselves as if there is an issue. Some agents even refuse to talk!
I demand the full refund to be processed to my original payment source ASAP!
