I had booked OYO rooms Via OYO calling booking source on 28th February 2023 at OYO townhouse 069 using online payment (₹603.00).
But when I was checking in Hotel manager asked me to pay extra amount of rs. 403. So total they took 1006 rs. When I complained oyo customer care they asked me to roam from one hotel to another as they could not resolve with their hotel...which was not feasible for me as i was with my family and at the hotel i booked... So i paid 1003 extra irrespective of making full payment asked in advance by oyo booking agent i.e. rs603. The oyo booking agent cheated by false claiming about my booking that they talked to the hotel and i will not be facing any issue as i have booked by their side on calling mode. I confirmed them twice about the same thing.. But each time she lied that my booking is confirmed and took payment from my side...
Please try to help ASAP. Attaching bill for the extra payment made at the hotel.
