I had booked OYO rooms Via OYO calling booking source on 1st February 2023 at OYO townhouse 069 using online payment (₹1129.00).
But when I was checking in Hotel manager asked me to pay extra amount of rs. 784. So total they took 1913 rs. When I complained oyo customer care they said that they will refund the extra amount the townhouse had taken. So on the words of costumer care of OYO i paid 784 extra irrespective of making full payment asked in advance by oyo booking agent i.e. rs1129. Afterwards customer care agents asked me for the bill of amount paid, thn I attached the bill to the link at which they sent to me on 4th feb, 2023. Then all things went perfect, they verified my bill to be valid..thn they asked for bank account details and i provided..thn at last after 6-7 days they simply cancelled my refund.
Afterwards they started to manually process the refund and asked me to wait for 14 days more to get tha refund as all my proofs were valid..but after waiting for that period also..i was not provided with any refund. They jst keep on sending fake mails claiming resolved your matter. But none helped me. Its been 17days passed since i made my First complain.
Please try to help ASAP. Attaching bill and screenshots as a proof.
