Oyo Rooms — Charged for wrong booking

I had called to make a booking at GR Hospitality(OYO 14778) in Baguihati, Kolkata on 29th April and the receiver made a wrong booking. He made a booking in Hotel Royal Inn (OYO 9275) in Faridabad (Booking ID: NDSN8254) for which I was charged as well. He said that he made a mistake and the booking was cancelled and I would get the money refunded to my bank account within 2-3 working days. I checked the "Previous bookings" section in the app and it labelled that booking as a "No-Show" even though it was supposed to be cancelled and the money refunded.

Hey OYO Team, I got an SMS asking for my bank details and I provided the same, its been almost a month but the money has not been refunded yet.
