When i booked the hotel online we were 4 guests to stay in a hotel. I told the oyo representative that we are 4 guests and hotel room was for 3 guests but she said no problem you 4 can live there u didnot have to pay extra amount. But in the hotel they charged 700 more for the 4th guest. I cleared in the starting that we were 4 but oyo representative misguided us and hotel management charge extra and did misconduct and they were harash in behaviour.
