[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Charged more amount during checking in to a hotel for which already payment is done through oyo, OYO denied to help us us

I have booked a room for 3 people in pondicherry for 1066/- through OYO customer care reservation service.

but when i checked in to hotel, receptionist asked for extra 500 since we are 3 people & asked us to reach OYO customer care for any concerns. That is where we got cheated, wwe are not able to reach None of OYO customer executives & ended up paying extra for time being. but still later also we were not able to reach them
