[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — charged with more amount than the confirmed booking amount

I have booked a room with oyo with booking id zeck3987. Three rooms were booked for a day in 1929. We reached at 9 pm at hotel. On arrival when we asked for checkin hotel manager has denied to checkin with that amount and asked 1000 per room.
We called oyo 4 times everytime they talks and put me on hold for 15 min. Since it was too late in night and i was with family i have to 3000 for three rooms.

I want to escalate this issue and would like to fine oyo for this. This was not a expected behaviour from oyo.
