[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — charing 1000 extra in the name of common utility and not providing basic amenities like water and washing machine

I am staying in a 2sharing whose rent is 4300 in oyo life whereas i have been paying 5300 in the name of common utility (Water, washing machine). There is a single washing machine for the entire hostel which is very disgusting. Always there is shortage of water. They do cleaning once in 2-3 weeks. Everything is disgusting about oyo life. Even the customer care complaints are being unanswered.

Please do improvements.
