I have booked a room in oyo before a week and also i got confirmation call thrice after booking in oyo. But when i went for stay they didn't give me a room and also they asked extra money for the manager as bribe to stay.
Simultaneously i called for customer care and they told they would give a solution within few minutes. Even after four hours i didn't receive any solution or even a call. Then i was trying to reach customer care many times for help but they didn't attend my call. My wife and i were waiting from night to next day morning nearby bus stand during rain.
