Oyo Rooms — Cheated- low class hotel booked but good hotel shown on website

Dear Team, This is with regard to my recent booking of Oyo Rooms from WWW.OYOROOMS.COM website. I booked a room in Shimla for 2 nights because the hotel mentioned on the website was good. To my surprise, when I received the booking confirmation mail after the full payment, hotel name which was mentioned in the email was a third class hotel (just a lodge infact). It is very disappointing to get such bad hotel rooms at such high cost and that too after doing a fraud of showing something else and then booking something else. I request a FULL REFUND of my money as this is cheating and not booking.
