We (Mr. Rajesh shrivatva) have booked the room by oyo at ananad resort qmnx6514 atvoyo43941 anand resort at chitrakoot on 24 aug 2019.
When we reached to the booking place. The hotel informed us that they do not have any agreement with oyo and earlier understanding is ove by 12 aug.
No response from oyo helpline is received and ultimately after long trouble we have found another hotel.
This is my second bed experience with oyo who always cheat either giving rong information or taking false bookings. The similar experience we had in goa last two years back where they charged us in advance and bathrooms with no ventilation was provided.
In varanasi also we have managed with the hotel owner and requested a better room and got is however helpline with no specific personal details has been provided.
This indicates the way companies handle and forced us to take necessary measures legal as well as consumer welfare for the inconvenience caused and booking the hotels which are not the oyo networks. Was this information helpful? |
