I booked a room in Oyo app and i got the confirmation that the booking has been confirmed. today i got a call from the property stating that rooms are sold out and they are forcing me to pay extra money so that they can give me the room.
I called oyo but they did not respond to me in a professional way and oyo is asking me to cancel the booking. Really disappointed with oyo and oyo property they are just trying to loot money.
I am suffering without a hotel now, as i trusted oyo but they cheated me and made me feel unsafe.
I want oyo to provide with the room or compensate me with the new booking
