I had a booking for my stay at 79382 Anu Grand, Visakhapatnam on[protected]. The tariff was mentioned in booking site was Rs. 726/-. I confirmed the booking by paying 50% payment. But when I reached hotel they said the room tariff is of 1, 500/- (who will provide for 726/-) you can talk to the call center, we can’t give you the accommodation.
After the argument, they have agreed to provide the room by paying the extra amount of 1, 000/-. This was paid from my side through gPay. I have shared to the OYO team as well and promised me to refund the amount as well.
But after several reminders I. The payment, they are asking for the proper bill for the same. It was mentioned in my earlier communication that they have refused to provide the bill.
I have an evidence mail from your end that you will pay the extra amount, but till now not action.
This is the way you are cheating me. At the same time the hotel Manager has mentioned that how do you expect the AC room for 700/-, we never provide this tariff till now. You talk to the OYO booking team only, we can’t help.
As far as the hote is concerned, the room is very small, no door latch for the bathroom, no hangers in the room and bathroom as well, no dust bins and you have to climb the steps to reach the receiption.
