[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Cheating with images of higher tariff rooms and giving cheap rooms | |||||
Booking IDs: QDSC2947 & XADS5762 Booked rooms first with a lake view and the second with a valley/hill view as written in the description of hotel and in the images available on the app/website for the hotels. https://www.oyorooms.com/1679-premium-hotel-exotic-lake-view-upper-lake-road-kodaikanal https://www.oyorooms.com/2419-premium-hotel-corporate-getaway-observatory-road-kodaikanal In the first I was given a side room which I had to stay in even after hours of fighting with the customer care. When I reached the second hotel, I was shown a room which was pathetic. Out the windows I could see only walls and nothing else (room no 103). Therefore cancelled the booking right away and left the hotel. Did not have the patience of fighting with oyo customer care again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
