[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Check in denial , no help provinded for Property Change and No Refund

I booked the property with (BOOKING ID: XUO35481) at around 3 PM on 01/08/2021 and paid the money online as there was no option of Cash Payment. At first when I reached the hotel, the hotel was completely different from what shown on the app. Secondly, was denied for check in, giving the reason that Rooms are full. The person sitting at the reception said they didn't have any rooms available. I said, I have already paid online, then he was telling me that you shouldn’t have paid to Oyo because they don’t pay them, I said it’s not my matter sir .
After that he told that he will send me to other hotel, I refused for it. I said, have booked this hotel so I need a room in this hotel only. He said sorry we can’t help you and please you cancel your order. I said why will I cancel instead will complain about you to Oyo. After complaining on Oyo, Oyo customer called us and even to him. Because of that he told one couple to empty one room and told me to take it. But the room was so dirty, bed sheet. Washroom and even he has not done any sanitization. I said, I can’t this room, He replied by saying that don’t tell Oyo about the situation, just tell them that I don’t like the Room .Then again I call Oyo customer number to change the property but they kept me on waiting call list and dropped every 15min this kept on for almost an hour. They said problem has resolved from Oyo customer side but nothing they did for help. I said please refund or please change my property instead of providing me any help, they were continuously giving me excuses like as per policy cannot be initiated. They gave me this Number[protected], which was of no use. I contact on this number also and requested for refund or change the property but the OYO customer service to which they replied that they are transferring my call to senior but I waited for Half and Hour but one responded. They said problem has resolved Oyo customer. I said it is cheating and had an argument with the owner and Oyo person through conference call as I already prepaid to the OYO.
