[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — check in denied after booking was confirmed.

I had made a booking from Oyo, booking ID KZNQ9106 for hotel Capital O 29584 Fortune Gateway with full online payment of Rs 1200. But on arriving to the hotel I was informed that the hotel doesnot accept bookings from Oyo amd its a part of FabHotels now. I was asked to pay rs 2000 in order to stay there. On calling oyo customer care i was asked to stay online till the phone is transferred to the required department but even after waiting for a long time no one received the call.
We had already travelled a long way and was tired so decided to pay the amount asked and check in.
I want oyo to refund the whole amount and also pay the amount i had to pay to the hotel to check in.
This kind of harrassment by oyo cannot be tolerated.
