Want the resolution for the below transactions as soon as possible.
1st booking : lszu8205 for rs 2572/- paid through credit card, same has been cancelled by oyo team due to your internal miscommunication with your hotel partner and you (Due to low tariff the hotel management denied checkin), the same has been refunded to my source account.
They (From oyo side) have booked the hotel again for the same date and the same hotel for rs-3600/- he committed me that the difference amount of rs - 1028/- also will get refunded once i checked in.[protected]=1028), since the issue is from oyo side.
For that am following up for the past 1 week to get the refund, whenever i call they put my call on hold for more than 20-25 mins then the call will get disconnected automatically.
